How do I order?

Answer:
Most people order online using our secure shopping cart with a credit or debit card. To do this, just use the "add to cart" button for each item or service you wish to purchase. Then when you are ready, there are buttons on each page to check out. The process is very safe and secure as we use the latest security protocols to keep our clients safe.

What happens after I order?

Answer:
After your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please ensure you give us the correct email address, as your order confirmation includes your receipt and important information. If you ordered products, we start preparing your order right away. Everything is made in-house, by us, just for you.

Once your order is ready, it is shipped via the US Mail, and you will receive a notification with your tracking number. Additionally, we provide customer service, tech support, and free confidential caseworkers to help you along the way.

Who does the spell work that I order?

Answer:
All spell work is done by me, Mambo Samantha Corfield, a Mambo Asogwe in the Haitian Tradition, Family Oracle, and New Orleans Voodoo family born.  My husband, Parran Matt, who is also initiated in the New Orleans tradition, assists with candle magick work. We are a great team!

How do I know what to buy for my situation?

Answer:
We offer several ways to help you decide what is best for your situation:

1. Fill out a form about your situation and get an immediate automated response.
2. Visit our Self Help section that covers many different situations.
3. Request a phone call, and someone will call you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
4. Send us a message on Facebook Messenger.
5. Email us at [email protected], and a caseworker will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is this for real? Does this really work? How does it work?

Answer:
Yes, Voodoo (referred to here as "Voodoo" or "Vodou") is real. It is a religion that has been practiced for hundreds of years. My main practice is New Orleans Voodoo, which focuses on magickal aspects and goal-oriented spell work and goal-oriented products.  What this means is that you are not converting to another religion or anything like that. You are simply using the products to achieve a goal. 

Voodoo works by harnessing the forces of nature. It allows you to open up channels of communication between your higher self and the higher self of the person you are focusing on. The rituals and ingredients in the spell kits help this manifest naturally. You are not forcing anyone; rather, you are allowing a natural connection to form.

As with any spiritual work, results vary.  While we have a high success rate (about 87%-90% of clients get exactly what they came to us for), no one can guarantee 100% success in magick. If a spell doesn’t work, there are various reasons, such as it wasn't meant to be or something was unknown about the situation. Patience is essential. What happens if I need to return a product?

Answer:
Unfortunately, since the Covid is still widespread along with other rampant communicable diseases, we do not take returns at this time.  We hope to resume taking returns soon.

Is my information safe with you? Is your website secure? Is everything confidential?

Answer:
Yes, yes, and yes! We use the latest security techniques to ensure your information is safe. Your confidentiality is guaranteed, and we never sell or share your information. Our work and your usage of our services are confidential.

I feel foolish and/or stupid and/or crazy for thinking about trying this.

Answer:
There is no reason to feel foolish, stupid, or crazy for trying Voodoo. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful religions in the world. Voodoo helps you tap into natural forces and manifest your desires. It’s no different than praying or lighting a candle at church—it is just more structured and, sometimes, more effective!  And again, you aren't becoming a voodoo priestess or priest.  You are using these tools, respectfully, of course, to obtain a goal.

Are you a real person? Can you PROVE that Voodoo works?

Answer:
Yes, I am a real person, and I have developed all of the products on this website. My name is Samantha Corfield, and you can read more about me on my truth page.

As far as proving Voodoo works, magick is something you will need to experience for yourself. I encourage you to try it. Like tasting food, you won't know until you experience it.

Is this a legitimate business?

Answer:
Yes, this is a legitimate business. We have been in business since 1990 and on the web since 1995. Our business is registered with the State of New Mexico, and we comply with all necessary regulations.

I'm a beginner! Are the products easy to use? Are there instructions with all the products?

Answer:
Yes, all products come with complete instructions, and they are designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. No special powers or knowledge are required. We also offer tech support via email or phone to assist you with any questions.

I don't have a place to do my own work. Can you do the spells FOR or WITH me?

Answer:
Yes, I can cast spells with you or for you. Each product or spell that is eligible for a solo casting (where just I do the work) is marked with the ability to purchase a solo casting.  This means no products will be sent to you.

Is this a scam? I read bad stuff about Spellmaker on the internet!

Answer:
I neither fight nor defend myself on the internet.  In 2025 we will have been here for 30 years.  We don't scam people.

How can I contact you?

How are your products different? Why should I buy from you? Why do your products cost so little/so much?

Answer:
Our products are ritualistically consecrated (blessed) before being sent to you. We offer the most complete spell kits on the market, including nine-day spells, and provide personal follow-up assistance. Our prices are fair, considering the amount of product and effort we put into crafting each item.

I didn't buy your products; I bought someone else's instead. Can I ask you a question about the one that I bought?

Answer:
Sorry, no. We do not feel comfortable interpreting someone else’s vision. Please contact the person who sold you the product.

I want a really quick spell that will solve all my love and/or money problems.

Answer:
Quick spells do have a place in magick, but generally not for serious problems. We offer some 3-day budget-friendly spells for situations that need a little magickal boost.

Is a voodoo doll to be used on one person or can I use the same doll on someone else?

Answer:
A voodoo doll should only be used on ONE person for ONE specific purpose. You cannot use the same doll on multiple people or for different purposes.

Can your spell kits be used over, or are they for one-time use?

Answer:
Our spell kits are designed for one-time use over nine days. Some components, such as Voodoo dolls, can be used over and over. Other reusable components are specified in the kit instructions.

I want spells that control the elements, make me fly, make me levitate, have a celebrity fall in love with me, transform me into an animal, make fireballs shoot out of my fingers, move objects, etc.

Answer:
We do not offer spells for these purposes, as they are the stuff of movies. Magick is a real, practical tool, but it does not include fantastical elements like flying or shooting fireballs.

If I work something like a revenge spell on someone, will it backfire on me?

Answer:
As long as you are justified in your spell casting, you will be protected from rebound. Revenge spells in our kits include protection rituals, and as long as you have been genuinely wronged, there should be no karmic backlash.

Are love spells controlling, manipulative, immoral, wrong, or harmful?

Answer:
Love spells are not controlling, manipulative, or harmful if done with a good heart and pure intentions. A love spell helps to enhance feelings that are already present and opens up the possibility of love.

Does this have anything to do with satanism or the devil? Will I go to hell for using spells? Is this WRONG?

Answer:
No, this has nothing to do with satanism or the devil. Voodoo is closely linked to Catholicism, and I am a practicing Catholic as well as a Voodoo practitioner. There is nothing wrong with casting spells as long as your intentions are good.

How long does it take to cast the spells in the spell kits you sell?

Answer:
Most of our spell kits take nine days to complete, requiring about 30-40 minutes each day.

When will I see results from the spell I cast?

Answer:
Results vary. Some clients see results within days, while others take a month or more after completing their spell work. Patience is key, as magick works on its own timeline.

I am a Christian (Jew, Buddhist, Catholic, Hindu, etc.). Can I still cast a spell?

Answer:
Yes, you can. Your religious beliefs do not interfere with spell casting. All you need is an open mind and heart. You do not have to change your religion to work with magick.

What if I want to reverse the spell I have cast?

Answer:
Love spells can be reversed by conventional means, such as breaking up with the person or cutting off communication. Negative spells are more difficult to reverse and may require professional assistance.

What is this Law of Three, ThreeFold Law, and/or Law of Return that I keep hearing about?

Answer:
The Law of Three or Threefold Law is a belief held in some traditions, where whatever energy you send out returns to you threefold. This is not a belief in Voodoo. Instead, we believe in justified actions and karmic balance, without the concept of return in multiples.

What is the difference between Vodou, Voodoo, Vodun/Vodoun, and Hoodoo?

Answer:
The differences are largely regional. Voodoo is a term used in New Orleans, while Vodou is the Haitian spelling. Hoodoo is also a regional term, but all share the same roots in African religious practices.

Why should I buy stuff rather than use free stuff that I find?

Answer:
Free magick can be effective, but often lacks proper structure or ingredients. Our products are carefully crafted, well-written, and proven to work. We also offer a free spells section, where we provide well-crafted, free magickal solutions.

Does it matter if I am gay and want a Voodoo love spell?

Answer:
No, it doesn’t matter at all. Love is love in magickal matters of the heart.
